The National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS) is an international premier institute that offers Masters and PhD courses in different disciplines. Founded in 1997 as a stand-alone graduate institute, GRIPS is comprised of world-class academics and distinguished practitioners with expertise in public sector policy formulation and management. EDRI and GRIPS have collaborated on a range of research projects including, but not limited to, “Research on Poverty Environment and agricultural technologies (RePEAT)”, Metalworking industry study (five rounds of surveys in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012), impact of management skills on leather shoes producers (two rounds of surveys in 2008 and 2009), tannery enterprise survey, survey of small tailors and garment factories (two rounds of surveys in 2007 and 2009) and the cut flower survey (three rounds of surveys in 2007, 2011 and 2013).
